My daily experience as a psychotherapist generates amazing awarenesses that I deeply want to share with others. There is one problem. While I am always careful to never compromise confidentiality of any of my clients, the major shifts that clients experience is through the DEH psychotherapeutic process and that involves spiritual and energetic assistance from compassionate spirits, that is if you believe in core shamanic practices. The problem is that if you ask most people if they know what shamanism is, they will tell you no, or describe it incorrectly. Continue reading »
Part of my job as a psychotherapist is to access healing resources that are frequently unavailable to clients. Today, a client of mine was feeling a strong disconnection from his higher power or God. He had recently experienced a traumatic situation that resulted in a week of stomach flu and general physical weakness. Our goal was to first identify and then release any traumatic residue that he was carrying as information in his body and in other areas, such as his subconscious mind, his energy field or any of his chakras.

Just this last weekend I had a great experience with our sixth DEH group (Level V) and Midge Murphy, J.D. was there to remind us all about being careful in all kinds of ethics-related ways as she taught another class on energy medicine ethics. As is always the case, we had excellent processes as the trainees facilitated while I stood by as a coach.

I recently worked with a client on energetic boundary issues. Frontal-occipital holding was called for. I saw my eagle helper hover in front of her 3rd eye and then it merged with it! After one minute, from the inside, it exploded like a star going nova. Eventually, it reformed and what was visible was a radiating glowing 6th chakra that had been shifted to an entirely new vibrational frequency. Wow! Needless to say, the boundary balance was achieved and my client reported feeling enormous energy in her head along with powerful vibrations throughout her body. The compassionate spirits are available when needed. While enormous changes happen very quickly in the office, the big changes for the clients happen out of the office in their lives for as their frequency changes, they become synched up in new ways with the Universal Intelligence.

I just returned from a two-week trip to Abadiana, Brazil, where I once again experienced the phenomenal healing powers of John of God.I traveled with my wife Anita, where we stayed at the Pousada Caterinense, a five-minute walk from the Casa de Dom Inacio de Loyola. It is at the Casa that John of God provides healing to anyone who comes every Wednesday through Friday. For the first week and a half, Anita and I were the only Americans at the Pousada.

I encountered a new experience that I would like to share with you. Several months ago, a client came to my office grieving the loss of her beloved pet. By her own admission, she is “a dog person.” For all of her adult life, she has had dogs as part of her family. Her most recent dog died at the age of 16, quite old for a large dog. She wanted some assistance and support to overcome her loss as she acknowledged that ever since her beloved dog’s death, she had never felt the same. As we went through the DEH process, we identified that she was in-fact carrying some traumatic residue that she had not yet been able to shake.

I just returned from the 11th Annual Canadian Energy Psychology Conference in Toronto, Canada. If you have never visited Toronto, I recommend you do so sometime in your life. The city is expansive as it is beautiful and diverse in its population. It has excellent public transportation and a wonderful array of internationally diverse restaurants, reminiscent of other large cities I have been to such as New York and London. I recommend it as a getaway destination should you have the time off to travel. My hotel was just a 5-minute walk from the famous and enormous St. Lawrence Market.

My wife and I recently spent a few days at a friend’s house in Newport Beach, Oregon. We had never been there before, and our friends had taken great pains to make sure that everything was vacuumed and counters wiped down and generally clean upon our arrival. Before going to bed that first night, I did my normal ritual when occupying other spaces other than my own for the night. This entailed calling upon my spiritual helpers and guides to ensure that the space was clean energetically. At about two in the morning, I became aware that I was in the midst of a very scary dream.I am not typically a lucid dreamer, but this particular dream was so scary to me that I woke myself up from it and found myself covered with goose bumps feeling very cold. I immediately knew that I had been contaminated by some kind of subtle negative energy.I spent the next 15 minutes calling on my helpers to support me to release whatever had attached to me.Eventually, I felt I was successful as I was able to feel calm once again and drift back to sleep. Why this happened in spite of my awareness to take precautions I do not know.
