Finally, after 3-years of research and writing, the primary text for my upcoming book is nearing completion. The editing for the 12 chapters is complete, and the copyediting for the appendices at the end of the book is nearly done. The front cover design is done and I am coordinating with my designer and my typographer for transferring the Word docs to be configured for the book layout. It is my hope that by May 1st the book will be available. The title is the following: Essential Self-Care for Caregivers and Helpers; Preserve Your Health, Maintain Your Well-Being and Create Effective Boundaries. I will continue to provide you with regular updates as significant progress is made.
